Vistancia Village, a family neighborhood located west of Lake Pleasant Road just North of Happy Valley Road in Peoria, Arizona.
This 7,100 acre property in North Peoria was acquired by Sunbelt Holdings in partnership with Shea Homes in January 2001. Six builders are creating 11 neighborhoods in the first phase of Vistancia. At completion, Vistancia will consist of approximately 17,000 housing units, five golf courses, five school sites (elementary through high school), five neighborhood parks, two regional parks and a 900 acre mountain preserve—linked by a three-mile Discovery Trail.
